Pooper:
The crew never make it to the rave, nor does Luis ever find his daughter. Almost everyone is tragically killed during the attempted journey to the rave, with only Luis, Steff, and Josh (and Josh’s dog) surviving the journey. The survivors end up on a train to an unknown destination along with other lost individuals.
Long Ending:
In the near future, World War III is rumored to have started and the world appears to be in a state of decline. Luis (Sergi López), his teenage son Esteban (Bruno Núñez Arjona), and their dog Pipa are trying to find and reunite with Luis’ adult daughter Mar. She left home 5 months ago and hasn’t been heard from since. Having learned that she may be attending a rave in the desert, Luis and Esteban go to the rave to search for her. They eventually befriend a group of ravers – Tonin (Tonin Javier), Jade (Jade Oukid), Josh (Joshua Liam Herderson), Bigui (Richard Bellamy), Steff (Stefania Gadda), and their dog – who tell them they are planning to journey to a second rave located in another part of the desert. Thinking Mar may be there, Luis and Esteban decide to follow the ravers to the second rave. The rave is several days away, and the route is through harsh desert terrain.

As they drive through the desert, they witness gas shortages, many people trying to flee from unknown dangers, and large deployments of military forces. Wanting to avoid these issues, they decide to journey through isolated mountainous paths. Along the way, the ravers and Luis/Esteban grow closer. Esteban particularly admires the ravers and their found family dynamics. The ravers also appear to have survived a past tragedy, as Tonin and Bigui both have lost limbs in the past.

One night, one of the ravers’ trucks gets stuck near the top of a cliffside road. Luis tells Esteban to stay in his van with Pipa while he helps them with the difficult task of extricating the truck. While the adults successfully extricate the truck, Esteban accidentally disengages the parking brake of the van while playing with the dog. With everyone helplessly watching, the van rolls down the mountain road and plummets off the cliff (killing Esteban and Pipa). Luis has a mental breakdown and flees into the desert. The ravers pursue and rescue him, and they mourn together.

They continue their journey to the second rave, but appear to be lost and are starting to run low on fuel, supplies, and morale. The crew decide to stop in the middle of a stretch of desert to take some drugs and dance – hoping it will help them get over their grief and sharpen their focus. The experience is initially cathartic, until an explosion suddenly erupts and kills Jade. Tonin tries to run to her corpse and is also exploded. The crew realize that they’ve inadvertently driven into a mine field (and their tracks in have been blown away). With no other choice, they attempt to make it to a cliffside 80 meters away (as mines can’t be buried in rock). The mines destroy both their trucks as they travel towards the rocks. With no other choice, they continue on foot. Bigui is killed by a mine, but the other three (and the dog) make it to the cliff after walking (seemingly able to do so after they decide to walk confidently without thinking about the danger). Now safe, they mourn their lost comrades.They also are now stuck in the desert without any vehicles or supplies, wholly unable to make it to the site of the other rave.

The film then cuts to a train that is journeying through the desert, destination unknown. The passengers all appear to be lost or refugees themselves. Amongst them are Luis, Josh, Steff and the dog. They, along with the other passengers, have looks of hopelessness on their faces as the film cuts to the credits.
